If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Due to the challenges associated with COVID-19, shipping carriers are experiencing delays in timelines and deliveries on some packages. These delays are a result of an uptick in shipping and mail needs brought on by quarantine (and in turn, reduced travel and in-person shopping), in addition to limited transportation availability for carriers (including USPS, DHL, and UPS).

 

At No Yeet, we are working hard to ship orders on time despite these challenges, but some customers will experience delays in deliveries if their package runs into a delay on the carrier side. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate these unexpected challenges.

 

The good news is that most packages will arrive within the timeline chosen at checkout. For orders encountering delays, in most cases, the package will arrive only a day or two outside of the expected timeline. We've also seen an uptick in orders being marked as delivered early by the carrier — if your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please keep an eye out for the next 24 hours, as it will likely be delivered soon!
